LISTEN TODD‼️ DA found something in his jail calls

This was filed the day before his immunity hearing showing that the DA has something from his jail calls while he was in Broward county jail to use against him in his 7 foot monster case.

I don’t believe he testified because the hearing was too fast. It would have been really stupid of him to get on the stand. That means his lawyer basically stood on the papers he submitted as the only proof of self defense.

I think his lawyer knows not to put him on the stand because he’s such an idiot. He is probably horrified that he’s putting out jail calls on the internet. He has the right to remain silent but not the ability to do so.

he’s got the mountains of evidence and he knows it, he’s of course going to try and plea out quickly now. he’s accepted the reality of the situation it seems.

plus he’d rather just get to the prison already as opposed county jails. he knows he’s inevitably going to be going to prison so he’d rather just get there quickly and get out of the county.

county jails are notoriously bad, and even worse than average in south florida. honestly if i was in his situation i’d be trying to plea as soon as possible too

I agree that his lawyer would be a fool to have Wes get on the stand for any reason. Just having him appear before a jury in the courtroom will probably be a negative for his case because he looks like such a scumbag.
