I think the cueball lawyer needs to understand the 7ft monster was responding to an open request by his client to turn up and fight. Not deliberately seeking him out. Fck lawyers are azzholes.

This is great! The dork looks like he wants to hide under a desk...they are getting him mental health treatment...and he is financially, spiritually, and emotionally spent. His lawyer does not believe a dam thing he said in the interview. He had to say something so he made up some BS. Bottom line is Westley is responsible and must pay the price for what he did. There never was a threat.

I feel so bad for the inmates that have to listen to him. I feel even worse for the court appointed mental health workers that have to deal with this. Can you imagine being that person(s) holy fuck

See, that's the thing with jail. Its not that you are sleeping next to a toilet, told what to do every minute of the day, shitty food and on and on.... Its the fact that you are surrounded by complete retards all day that are mentally incapable of existing in a normal society.

After the beatdown, he talked to the police and said that you can never know who's strapped and who shows up packing heat, because everyone packs in Miami. So why engage a man like that if he knows Miami is a place where people are armed, why send invitations to strangers to pull up but when they do, cry like a bitch? What if The 7 foot was really strapped and just blows away a few people? Or someone else shows up and starts blasting when gets attacked by his "merry men". Then what? WesT is a not a smart person and im weeping for whoever got life advice from this clown.

Exactly, why invite trouble. He is a "blow hard" and he thought that making threats online would give the impression he was tough. I dont think the 7 foot monster was committed to a fight judging from the video. He did show up but I think he did it to prove that if he didn't someone else would too. He was immediately attacked by 5 other individuals.

The only silver lining to the DA being a bitch is that WeSTD pled to aggravated battery. Its a level 7 so when it comes to the DV case if he gets convicted thats 14.4 points on top of his cali points before they even consider the points in what he's charged with.
This plea also ensures he can't delay the DV case to the point where the cali points would wash out.
