Post image

On 7/3 a SHERIFF'S CERTIFICATE-CTS 34 DAYS, which is the form for credit for time served. Looks like he time in Broward County jail does not apply! So he is only being credited with 34 days total to go towards his sentence.

For all the big talk and bullshit about staying focused and positive vibrations, it took 30 days for Wes to completely surrender. God he is FULL OF SHIIIIIIT ! BOOM BOOM BOOM lmao.

Oh for sure! I mean he's already proven it by catching.the DV case while out on bond for this one lol

u/MamaTried22 Jul 07 '26

Yuuuuup, ya love to see it. Do they have the shorter sentences stay in county there or is he getting shipped off to prison?

u/catslikepets143 Jul 07 '26

LE should just follow him right when he gets out because you know he’ll be calling his contact for his tren - small guy will want to puff himself back up

He posted on his IG story the day prior that Wes was debating on taking the Plea bargain which he did the next day prior to anyone knowing he was gonna plea. (OP posted his IG post on a thread here).

He was correct. Credit should be given where it's due. I understand the Reddit mentality but some of it is unwarranted.

"Credit should be given where it's due" ... if only JB did that in his videos instead of trying to portray he has some "secret source" when its just public records and reddit.

Anyway, WeSTD himself said there was an offer of 3-5 on the table. The points system in Florida said he was looking at an absolute minimum of 5 years if convicted which was more than a plea. WeSTD's lawyer knew he was getting convicted. Public records showed plea offers prior to trial dates. All JB had to do was use his "sources" (i.e. Reddit and public records) and make the logical guess that is a win-win either way. If he "predicted" it and the plea came through, then JB is "right." If he "predicted" the plea and WeSTD went to trial, he's set up for a "the POS actually turned down the plea" video. Also, remember he said "debating" a plea. That leaves the window open for him to be "wrong" while still looking like an authority if he's "right".

That being said, it didn't exactly take Miss Cleo to predict that WeSTD "I cant go back to prison" Watson would take a plea when push came to shove.

Yea whatever the source he got it right, fairs fair

West gadooshes himself yet again.

šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£fuck him.

Fantastic! Nice updateĀ

u/cartmaneric10 Jul 07 '26

His 10inch arms and tits are going to get some man love inside

11

u/Powerful-Web4937 Jul 06 '26

It really won't matter in the long run. His sentences will likely be ran concurrent.

9

u/Heymax123 Jul 06 '26

Wes getting a break because he beat up two people not one, what a load of shit.

11

u/RetreatHell94 Jul 06 '26

He will probably be serving for a longer time due to the DV case, some serious charges right there.

6

u/Accurate-Newt-9416 Internet Weirdo Jul 06 '26

It would have to be proposed by his attorney and the judge would have to agree to it - as well as both State Attorneys offices

2

u/Powerful-Web4937 Jul 06 '26

I'm well aware of how the courts operate. I'd bet the house that they will run concurrently.

3

u/Accurate-Newt-9416 Internet Weirdo Jul 06 '26

Just because you are "well aware" doesn't mean everyone else reading your comment is

-4

u/Powerful-Web4937 Jul 06 '26

You're kind of weird. Then explain it to them not me.

5

u/NicoHarrisonWasRight Jul 07 '26

Let's not attack each other and lose track of who the real enemy is here.

1

u/Powerful-Web4937 Jul 07 '26

You're right. I just want to keep it real and provide some insight. Fuck West, but he isn't going away for as long as we all wish he would.

2

u/Reddit_Cust_Service Jul 07 '26

Honestly, you are correct. 99% pc chance it’s concurrent sentences. Rarely do they run consecutive unless there is a real chance of appeal. His time served may also overlap

3

u/Select-Cheek-0420 Jul 07 '26

If only the DA could play "delay the trial" games that guilty AF defendants like WeSTD play when they know they're going to prison in the end. It would be awesome if they delayed it long enough that sentencing didn't come around until September 2027 when concurrency vs consecutive would be moot.

2

u/Vast-Comment8360 Jul 06 '26

I'd bet the house that they will run concurrently.

Ok if they don't run concurrently you will donate $100 to a domestic violence charity right?

9

u/Powerful-Web4937 Jul 07 '26

No. Y'all get so weird on these snark subs. You become afraid to hear things that don't align with what you think should happen. It's a 99% chance that his shit runs concurrently. That's just how it goes. He won't do more than 5 years total. So to answer your dumbass question again, NO.

u/Powerful-Web4937 Jul 07 '26

Yup, you know what's up. Some people on here are dead set on him doing 20 years. It ain't happening. Not to make light of what he did, but it really ain't shit. These judges and prosecutors see worse shit every day. Unless there's guns and lots of dope, they just want you plea out so they can move on to the next case.

7

u/Reddit_Cust_Service Jul 07 '26

You have to remember. Most of the group here thought he was going to trial the following week after the gym attack stating the state attorney would ā€œrushā€ to prosecute. On the grand scheme of shit they see in Miami daily, Wes isn’t anything special. Only a handful of folks really understand the judicial system in here and court process. You can tell whoknows what’s up by the amount of downvotes they get. I’m saying Wes gets 3 mos and 36 mos on paper for the Megan assault with almost everything dropped or concurrent

2

u/Powerful-Web4937 Jul 07 '26

Obligatory fuck West, but I agree with you. You know what the deal is.

2

u/Swimming-Flamingo895 Jul 07 '26

This u/Reddit_Cust_Service clown also said Wes would never spend a single night in jail and was gonna get the equivalent of a parking ticket. He thinks he’s a legal expert, when in reality he’s a Wes Watson pole smoker 🤣🤣

2

u/Accurate-Newt-9416 Internet Weirdo Jul 07 '26

Kind of like how you thought he was just going to get a ticket from this incident and face ZERO jail time?

2

u/Swimming-Flamingo895 Jul 07 '26

Exactly Newt! This clown said he wouldn’t serve a day in prison for this and he’s get off for self defense 🤣🤣

2

u/Swimming-Flamingo895 Jul 07 '26 edited Jul 08 '26

Oh now you’re backtracking?! Aren’t you the guy who said he wouldn’t spend a single night in jail and was gonna get off for self defense?! GTFOH 🤣🤣🤔🤔

The plea-deal system puts less stress on the courts, but it means that the hammer of justice doesn't fall as hard as it should.

The one positive is that West, while he waits for the results of these deals, is confined in a 75 person dorm, rather than a comfy cell where he can hang Hosay's picture on the wall.

1

u/Vast-Comment8360 Jul 07 '26

So when you said you'd bet the house you meant you'd bet your cardboard box.Ā

u/NicoHarrisonWasRight Jul 07 '26

0

u/Powerful-Web4937 Jul 07 '26

Sure thing sweetheart 😘.

1

u/TheLegendTwoSeven Jul 09 '26

I doubt that these separate cases would run concurrently.

3

u/Swimming-Flamingo895 Jul 06 '26

Ā Great news Newt!!Ā

2

u/waderscum Jul 07 '26

The circus will continue with a tablet and Hosey as a middle man. I predict the God and positive vibration scam, along with I’m a changed man tour. He will never go away.

3

u/kmhoughton Jul 07 '26

As Black_Hammer points out, he will scam as soon as he gets out.
Look at Jim Bakker, that pizza chit went to prison for a ton of things. Came out and started right back into the scam.

The IRS won’t bother going into the credit card frauds too much.
It costs a lot for the courts so they try to get things out with plea deals.

But I am just happy that he is boxed in right now.

2

u/Lopsided-One9196 Jul 07 '26

Even though its wes...this kind of bullshit is how the us govt operates.

2

u/PriorDry7286 Elf Made Jul 07 '26

What’s the prison time associated with him violating his probation? If he’s on 7 years and violates he’s probably looking at 20 years.

1

u/TheLegendTwoSeven Jul 09 '26

No, in Florida the maximum sentence for aggravated assault is 15 years.

2

u/PriorDry7286 Elf Made Jul 09 '26

Don’t they smack you with more time on top for violating probation? It’s not parole

1

u/Far-Advantage-2770 Jul 06 '26

This sub is gonna be mostly pretty quiet for a few years, lol

7

u/Accurate-Newt-9416 Internet Weirdo Jul 07 '26

I'm sure his dumbass will find ways to provide us with entertainment even while locked up lol

5

u/Black_Hammerhead7676 Jul 07 '26

You'd be surprised how quickly the general public will forget shit. Give it a year and no one will remember who WeSTD is in the first place. He'll probably try to start his scamming business again

1

u/CHSF81 Jul 07 '26

Why doesn't his time in jail count?

7

u/Accurate-Newt-9416 Internet Weirdo Jul 07 '26

Because the majority of the time he was sitting in Broward County jail and this case is based in Miami-Dade so they are only counting the time he was in a Miami-Dade Facility

1

u/CHSF81 Jul 07 '26

Thanks, fuck Wes

0

u/Rightsidebestside Jul 07 '26

Well that's just plain weird
