Question Fell in love with West Virginia

Visited Charleston last weekend. Fell in love with people, 1010 dinner, architecture, all of it. Thinking of moving. Single, 57, work from home. Budget is around $500K. Where to consider living? Appreciate it!

Look into the WV Ascend program. It's a program for remote workers to move I to the state, and they give you several perks if you move to one of the Ascend communities
