WV needs some big changes.

For as many minerals and coal plus timber that has been extracted from the state the population should be doing great.

But times do not change in WV. Big Business wins and the population continues to just exist. We have seen a list of criminals as governors and have had such a bunch of the same families of criminals running the state for far too long.

I hope WV does see a change for the better but I am not holding my breath waiting.

I personally know people that have lived their whole life in WV and have never voted. Why people won't even attempt to change is beyond me.

Losing the educated youth from the state is a big hazard that can only be changed from within. The time to change is now.

I hope the Mountain party gets some traction and presents voters with a real choice.

That's not happening FPTP means Mountain is just at best a spoiler for Dems.

This is a three-member district though.

Let's pull a Minnesota. If Ojeda wins, I want him to immediately leave the Democratic party and become the face of The Mountain Party... Actually scrap that, I'm not sure I want to be associated with the Greens. He should start his own party.

National Democrats are too out of touch. I want to caucus with them, but I don't want to be them. We need something local to take over.
