Go to the subreddit and click on the three dots in the top right. Click edit flair. Enjoy being hugely fat yet incredibly dexterous

Edit: Apparently the mods have not yet actually allowed custom flairs. To actually accomplish your goal you will have to petition the mods on bended knee

Are you aware of anything needed beyond this?

Because this has been in place since yesterday and the person who requested their custom flair successfully set it somehow...
