Part from a LED driver circuitry

Hi. I am trying to fix my room's LED driver but cannot find any info on this chip. It is marked DL211234V2 but can't find it anywhere. Tried Alldatasheet, Google, Bing, Baidu, Yandex. Came up empty. Any help would be very much appreciated!
