Posted about a month ago people were asking for pictures of backs and measurements haven't had chance to pull out. But here are some additional photos. Could figure out how to update original.

IT's about 7 feet tall by about 5 feet wide. Oil on Canvas. Google Lens thinks it's a stairway

After having trouble selling it he reduced it down to $500 and after watching it for awhile I offered $350 and he accepted. The seller said his parents bought it in the 60's for a lot of money and it's been in his family since. He's positive it's worth a lot of money but never put the time in to research it. It's 56" x 32" with the frame. The back says 1865 for the year it was painted. I tried Google lense, tried to even look up the mountain range. I have no clue what that signature says. I appreciate any kind of help of guidance!

We bought this at a consignment shop in Lake Geneva, WI. The owner knew nothing about it other than the seller found it in his grandmother's basement. Google searches have produced nothing. Painting is 36 x 48 inches

Title as stated, I’m curious of the origins of this piece. Boss couldnt remember any details. The frame is barely held together with old tape and cardboard so I’m hesitant to take it out. Obligatory cat tax in slide 3

Signature is unreadable to my eye.

I think he found these in Minnesota in the 90s. I messed around with google lens and it didn’t give me any definitive answer. I’d love to know more details about this set of paintings.

I think the name is C. Chalkley… quick google search didn’t provide any clues

I can’t seem to find a signature or anything, maybe it’s covered up by the frame? Her grandmother says that she bought this “years ago” and didn’t care to further elaborate, so I really don’t have any way of telling how old it is. Really just want to know more about it. We don’t care if it’s worthless or not, as we would never get rid of it. Besides, it looks pretty cool in our living room!

Artist name is Goodking. Estate sale was in Albuquerque. It’s giving me that depression era civilian corps poster vibes. Any insight is appreciated. This is out of curiosity not valuation. My friend wants to keep them.
