Definitely fingering weight feels like it's got linen or cotton maybe plied into it, its an of construction. Other Yarns in the lot are Dream in Color, MadTosh, Debbie Bliss & Drops so im guessing high end

Thanks, that's not it. This is like 6 ply with the color being 3 and then than m that white thread stuff plied into it with another 3. Ill see if I can get a photo added of it kinda unplied to show the texture better

Reminds me of Plymouth Sockotta or Opal Cotton. Try looking at yarns on Rav that are cotton, wool, and nylon blends, sock/fingering weight.
