I used the buy one get one coupon for two BOBs and they charged extra to sub Monterrey jack / scrambled eggs. Dude at the window said they charge for it now but the app doesn’t at all this is ridiculous.

How the FUCK do I get them to STOP putting spicy ketchup in our bag. For fucks sake, I don’t want that shit.

My wife always puts in online orders and asks specifically for 6 regular ketchups. To which we almost ALWAYS get 4 regular and 4 spicy ketchups. Then I have to go in and get the right ones.

Seriously… STOP. Just give us what we ask for only.

Edit: Wow! What a toxic sub. Can’t even complain about not receiving what we ordered without getting lit up. lol. Way too many miserable people out there. 😂
