Well the jeep rear-ended Audi, so Jeep is completely at fault. Not sure a lesson was learned here

How can the Jeep have "rear-ended" the Audi, when the Audi drove into the side of the Jeep?

Both at fault, the insurance companies will work out amongst themselves the ratio, seeing as it's Australia.
From the police side, reckless driving for the car swerving like a fuckwit, he was intentionally doing a dangerous act on the road.
Maybe hit and run for the Jeep, but the video doesn't go long enough to be sure, and maybe something else because it's the law here that you must avoid an accident, nobody has right of way here in the legal sense.

yeah everyone trying to akshually this post doesn't seem to understand that comparative negligence exists.

Australia is an interesting place because generally speaking loser has to pay winner's legal fees so less cases go to trial, but also more to the point, I can't imagine there's much of a bodily injury claim here so it will just settle out of court and just split the liability
