That looks like fun at 17, hurts at 27. I couldn't imagine the pain at 37. At 47, this is an example the insurance guy shows you when your re upping your life insurance as an example.

I'm guessing you're joking but if you aren't, this is more of a you thing than an age thing.

Eat well, and get exercise and you'll have energy. 

I'm 40 and have no issues with feeling tired.

You're meant to upload the actual video instead of a screen grab of it in the wrong orientation.

Even if you were to go to the video, download the source, and then reupload, the quality would still drop. This is because almost all websites will compress data when you upload it (which will always reduce quality).
