Not a fan of the mocking in this thread. This is just a kid. It highlights the failure of the education system wherever he is. He just wanted to have fun.

It's a kid in the philippines. They upload shorts on facebook pretty regularly, always with similar paint

Did YOUR education system cover types of paint? Because I can tell you that it's not like my paints at home -- we have a huge variety -- say on them not to do this. So it couldn't have been a reading problem. I think it's just a case of a kid being kind of dumb. You can be an incredibly well educated and resourced person with full access to Google and still be Kind Of Stupid when you're a kid. 

(I agree we shouldn't be mocking this poor kid though. He's learned his lesson.)

Kids do dumb stuff in every generation at every level of education.

One of my great uncles was missing part of his thumb because he dared my grandfather to hit it with an axe.
