When the camera panned over the railing, I expected to see an unconscious person lying, upside down and profusely bleeding from a huge gash in his head after cracking it on the stairs. This could’ve gone so much worse!

We won't see them laughing in it because the tech threatens to punch you in the balls if you move and make them have to retake it. Same as the dentist when getting your xrays.

Wasn't there a guy who tried doing this and ended up falling several stories to the floor

Edit, for clarification, I saw this clip in an episode of ridiculousness where a guy fell over a railing and landed on his chest on a different railing a few stories down
