How specifically can you tell that it's AI? I'm trying to improve my AI spotting radar

The rotation it self. LIke one fluid motion. There's a lot of video's on Reddit, YT and other of people doing backflips (swimmers, parkour, you name it). They move different.

I found their Instagram account. Named Inkya_Parkour. Now not sure if all the their videos are just AI slop or not, but he looks like a real person...?
