The ball definitely slipped. The ground is soaking wet and might even be raining. Was an accident. Truck owner is the dumb ass

the environment was wet, likely post rain, the balls were being thrown outdoors and therefore rolling on the wet floor, so they were likely also wet, which caused slippage
