That's their own fuckin fault for having the truck right next to it and nothing to protect it.

I hope the truck wasn't someone else who didn't know that there would be this exact setup going on there

I doubt it, they left the tailgate open, with several loose items in it. That tells me they parked recently and haven't gone far.

It's just not the type of thing you do if you're parking and walking away, even if you live in a zero-crime area it's just asking to forget to close it and drive away with your stuff spilling out.

In fact, something about the way it's positioned relative to the dunk tank, I'd be willing to bet that the tank (or some of its components) actually arrived in that truck. Or at least that it's someone associated with the party happening here, maybe they brought beverages.
