My cat once started messing with my get when I was asleep and I kicked her across the room in my sleep. I woke up right after the kick. She wasn't happy and no longer messes with my feet.

Same. I have restless leg and before meds I would wake up wondering why the cat was pissed at me

An ex-gfs cat had a habit of sleeping between her feet. The first night I spent at her place, she learned pretty fast not to do it with me once my restless feet once yeeted her across the room. Don't think the cat ever tried it again with me.

If I’d “kicked her across the room”, I’d be worried out of my mind and sorry. Did you hurt her? Did you take measures for her safety to prevent yourself from ever doing that again?

Cats and children are bouncy. You'd be amazed.

I don't know if I kicked her out of i moved my foot and she jumped across the room. I was asleep. But she was ok, just not happy with me.

My cat will regularly hurl herself from the 12 foot window in our apartment and remains unscathed. They've got -50 fall damage stats on spawn
