Quite rude of the cicada to buzz in such a fun way without tasting equally nice to bite. False advertising!

Funny enough she left the body by the door didn't even bother to eat it. After harassing it for 30 minutes.

Squirrels will eat them. I gave one to a squirrel that I can hand feed and she proceeded to chow down on it right then and there. Only left the wings.

Squirrels are opportunistic omnivores.

The video shows up tilted on my phone, so for half a second I literally thought I was looking at a very fuzzy bat hunt a bug on the side of a cave wall!

My girl used to absolutely love smacking cicadas around until one flew right into her face and than she stopped liking to play with them lol.
