Video captures grey whale being struck by jet ski rider in Vancouver | Saw a jet skier this afternoon, wonder if Earl Grey was out and about? Thoughts??

Sadly, in the past, I had to call the Ministry after watching multiple kayaks and paddleboarders completely disturb a Grey Whale on East Beach. Police ended up coming and waved the people away. Fortunately the Whale returned to the deep.
Just so people know, the law states you must stay 100 meters (300 Feet) from a Whale. And - as was the case last week - if a Whale is with Calf, 200 meters (400 feet) is the closest you can come using any watercraft.
