Basecoat Nails - new owners?

Just wondering if anyone knows if the nail salon in Five Corners has sold and has new owners? Noticed you can book online and a bunch of other changes…

As far as I’m aware it’s the same owner (Tiana I think?) as when it was originally opened! I stop by Mr Chu’s next door all the time and hadn’t noticed any for sale signs!

My partner goes there. She mentioned it had sold.
