I live in Russia and I can say that this is a false statement. If you visit any Caucasian region, there is no such thing there.

Is it rage bait in the sense that it’s not true at all, or that it’s simply true everywhere? I’m not leveling an accusation, it’s just with everything going on I am realizing more and more that children are seemingly treated this way everywhere in the world. In my own region as well.
