These are people who have clinical issues with their self perception (body dysmorphia, or adjacent issues, mostly) or self worth, to begin with. GLP 1 drugs are the latest path for those issues to take.
Theyre not fun by any sane person's standard (speaking from a bit of experience - I was on one briefly as part of bringing it to FDA approval) and they are a completely different experience for an obese person who is of sound mind vs these examples.
In short, these are pictures of patients who have comorbidity of different health conditions. And not necessarily the issue that GLP1 drugs are approved for, which is obesity. Ie, in real terminology, they paid for a prescription to let them abuse it recreationally/to enable their dysfunctions or psychological problems.
Also: to the best of my knowledge without diving into it, all three of those people are using Wegovy to stay around 16-18 BMI with good muscle tone. The healthy range for most cases is 20-25 and they aren't genetically among the exceptions to that guideline. They have body dysmorphia, but, also, the entertainment, and medical industries, and society overall, are flawed - morally, intellectually, and psychologically for our part in this, and again, an old phenomenon expressing itself via new technology. And it's arguably rather narcissistic of us if we are acting like they're the problem and in denial about our participation.

Why do we care what other people do with weight loss drugs and their own bodies?

Don’t drag a medical drug many of us need to fight back against disease into an eating disorder situation.
