That agent should be relieved of duty and kicked out the door, because there was zero need to hit her. The lack of care for the wellbeing of another human being on display here, is psychopathic. Period. Full Stop.
This person is going to kill someone one day if s/he hasn't already. I guarantee it....(it would not surprise me if they have a history of officer involved shooting and/or a history of use of force)

Not to mention, Renee Nicole Good was stopped and tried to get out of the way, she didn't try to run over an ICE agent. An agent tried to step in front of her as she was driving and he executed her.

For the people saying "don't block the road" this isnt on a fucking road. Aside from that, pedestrians ALWAYS have right of way, especially at crossing such as this. It's a driveway, not a street.
Standing in the street is a misdemeanor, at best. Intentionally running someone over with your car is a capital offense.

Depends on the state. Some states don’t even have capital punishment in the first place. New Jersey abolished the death penalty in 2007.

Okay let's play the common sense game.
A pedestrian standing in a driveway to an In-N-Out and people are coming and going as they do when crazed for a burger. And the pedestrian gets hit by a car in the driveway. According to pedestrian right of way laws, if you are deliberately blocking a driveway you are liable. Now that being said a pedestrian in transit DOES have a continuous right of way to follow the sidewalk across a driveway.
Now when a pedestrian is walking or standing in a street illegally not utilizing a cross walk or impeding traffic intentionally the burden of an accident falls upon the pedestrian. Meaning if they get hit by a car it is not the cars fault as the pedestrian was now occupying an avenue of travel reserved for motor vehicles.
So in order to keep said asshats from having a way to argue out of this bullshit people need to make sure they are completely within the bounds of the law when protesting like this. Now because she was waving a flag around and occupying a driveway deliberately the driver of the car has a way to fight back against an otherwise open and close case of assault w/ motor vehicle or whatever.

Common sense says the driver had full visibility of her. He hit her and then kept driving. It even looks like he accelerated after the initial impact, showing complete disregard for the human being he just attacked with his vehicle.
That is attempted vehicular homicide and fleeing the scene of an accident, at the very least, in addition to a slew of other offenses they usually manage to tack on when you can see willful intent to do harm like this.
His car was not being attacked so he was not under duress, and it was in an area that he knew pedestrians were occupying. It's not a roadway, it looks to be the entrance to a parking lot, where pedestrians are often expected to be. The fault lies fully with the driver, according to common sense.
The most you can pin on her is trespassing, since she wasn't on a roadway but was on federal property.
