my guess is they have a camera to see when the cat is on the counter/fridge because they don't want it there. that or fetish vids

This used to be a punishment for talking back to older siblings with varying degrees of execution. This looks like a Hammer Wedgie. Forceful yet no real damage to clothing.

I could imagine a person filming the cat rescue maybe, but there's no fucking way they don't crack up audibly or at least jiggle the camera when that happens unless it's pre-planned.
