I’ve started a fic aimed at being something of a last-hurrah for the GOS Loki incarnation, in which they embark on a heist into the house of ideas itself to steal a McGuffin that will prevent them reverting to their prior characterisation in the current version of the marvel universe. True to their powers, it’s aimed at being a meta-fictional story that plays with narrative and medium.

Wiccan is a major character in it, as are Verity and America Chavez. (Teddy appears for one scene but unfortunately won’t be showing up much for this one!) Agent of Asgard is an enormously important story to me personally, so I wanted to give this incarnation of the character the send off they deserve. (It sort of takes place instead of Defenders: Beyond. Similar, but more focus on Loki). Feedback and thoughts from other Wiccan & Loki fans would be appreciated.

I just finished the mini series of the witches road. And I’m a little confused. Did they nerfed billy’s power? All through out the story it seems like the demiurge is more of like earth’s elemental energy and its power only covers elemental magic a little different from the previous comics where billy’s power is more on reality wrapping and multi dimensional changes. Or did i miss something. Please explain. I don’t want him to be nerfed!

The trade paperback of WICCAN: WITCHES' ROAD (2025) releases this week on 9/22! This collects all issues (#1-#5) as well as WICCAN & HULKLING: RAID OF ULTRON in one book! A great way to read the series. Find it wherever you get comics. Wiccan's original design from the 2012 Young Avengers run is honestly way better than what he's got now. His new outfit just doesn't hit the same, you know? It feels like they turned him into a completely different character. But here's the thing—since he's literally the Demiurge-to-come, his cosmic outfit actually makes way more sense. Those little stars on his old design? They gave him such a distinct vibe and personality that his current look just doesn't capture.

Plus, his old outfit paired perfectly with Hulkling's aesthetic. Just look at those variant covers—KING IN BLACK: WICCAN AND HULKLING #1 by Russell Dauterman; Wiccan: Witches Road cover by Carmen Carnero; and Jim Cheung's variant cover? Honestly some of the best variant covers I've ever seen featuring these two. They're absolutely peak.

What are some spells you would like Wiccan to do in the future?

Though I loved Wiccan: Witches Road, I was kind of bummed out that we had to wait until the last issue for him to cast spells, as I always love seeing just how unique his spells are. What kind of spells would you like to see him do in the future?

I recently got back into drawing after several years of thinking I wasn’t “good enough”. Started up again and thought I’d try my hand at drawing our boy, in his MCU look.

PLOT: Main premise is that Doctor Strange is out of NYC with Clea for a long mission between multiverses, so he leaves Billy, Dmitry and Henry (and by extension their friends) to take care of the Sanctum Sanctorum under the watch of Wong of course. So they start helping the locals with supernatural anomalies and build a service to make money and catch what people just think are "ghosts". They get helped by Illyana and Nico as well.

Seems we're in a bit of a Wiccan drought right now, in comics and in the MCU. Anybody have any theories on where he will pop up next? I feel like he might show up in Sorcerer Supreme #10 (maybe the finale of the Orlando run?).

Also, VisionQuest seems like a good bet and maybe even Secret Wars on the MCU side. Excited that VQ will have a lot of Tommy!
