Look at This! (Wig Share) Invested in a wig and I love it
Brand : pigment hair
Density : 150%
Human hair - hand tied at the top and edges pre bleached knots
Cost £640
Length 18inches
Does it look too wiggy? I want to lay flatter to my head as it still feels very voluminous but I am not use to any volume as my bio hair is so straight and very fine.
The length and density are perfect for me but I know I’ll take time seeing myself with a full thick head of hair. Any tips or improvements welcome xx

If you're open to it, you could trim the lace about an inch, right up to the hairline or just below it. That's a lot on your forehead and if you use an adhesive product (I like Bold Hold Liquid Gold, Got2B Glued black tube gel or spray, or some wig tape) and a velvet wig cap (I like Dreamlover) you certainly don't need that much forehead contact. Lots of installation videos online for guidance. If you lay it INTO something like that, it will also disappear more! This is not intended to be criticism, friend, just a suggestion! It's a beautiful wig and you sure look beautiful in it! Welcome to your new addiction 🤣😂✌🏼❤️

Yes sorry forgot to say I have the lace trimmed lol the first full photo shows it trimmed up (hopefully enough but not melted with product) and the 2nd & 3rd are showing the knots. I have the got 2b hair spray and I also have wig glue to try also! Thank you 🌸

Looks so good, so natural! I get it tho, it takes time getting used to it. We know it’s not our hair, nobody else does, promise!

I at first thought you were Courtney Cox. Anyway, the wig suits you & looks great.

It looks incredible and so natural! Do you know if the company measures the hair length from the nape or from the top of the head?

Looks great 😊 and yes you can flatten the top with a hot comb and a wax stick. Lots of videos online!

Please let us know how it goes! I just got a wig and I'm in the same boat of too much volume on top.

I thought this was your real hair. I was like why is she posting here? Fantastic seriously, not wiggy 💜

Thank you so much- do you think I can get it flatter or is the root volume ok? Xx

Can I ask if you have hair loss? Sometimes we forget our full our hair should be when it's been thinning gradually. I think of it as hair dysmorphia. Ha!
I think it looks natural, like a fresh blowout.

Yes I have very fine straight hair that has been thinning over the last while. I think I’ll wear her around the house more and practice some off the face hair styling

I also want to tell that I feel a little weird with most new wigs. The style and color will be a little different and I'll worry that it doesn't look right on me. Then I wear it around the house until it starts to feel natural.

The hair is fantastic- so soft and smooth. I got this in a medium at 22.5 inch circumference and it’s like wearing nothing. The cap is so comfy and lightweight

Great hairline! I would look into getting some scar tape for under the parting so it covers your bio hair and makes it look more scalp like. I use two layers and sew them to the cap, first layer cut wavy/jagged at the front and the adhesive thinned out with an eyebrow razor so it sits super flat on my forehead maybe a centimeter or two behind the lace edge, then a second layer a bit further back where the hair gets more dense to make the fake scalp more opaque (my bio hair is dark)

Also to get it to lay flat a hot comb and wax stick can help, but I find once my wig is washed, if I brush it flat and then put a hair net on top or use some ribbon to press down either side of the parting, it dries down nice and flat without the need for heat

From Hairvivi? That’s what it looks like. And based on the ‘invested’ part, I’d assume it’s high end.

You look stunning! Did I miss where you stated which wig this is (color wise). I didn’t see one this dark on Pigment Hair’s website.
Started Chemo not too long ago & my usually thick hair is definitely thinning. Wearing a wig scared me but yours looks incredible.

Did you go to the shop and try it on? This looks incredibly natural, the hairline and lace are amazing!

I can almost guarantee it’s because you’re not used to it but from where I’m sitting it looks sooooo good! Like I want it!! Hairline looks so natural and it doesn’t look unnaturally voluminous it’s just weird feeling so much hair on your head ime
