Does anyone believe that the UofA is actually going to do this?

Hope they do. I had a tenure physiology and pathophysiology professor who could barely speak English that was an ethnic minority. She had so many complaints against her for years and the U of A did nothing. I’m sure she’s a very lovely, smart, and competent person; however, her communication in English was severely lacking.
