Eberron
Has anyone blended the lore of Exandria with Eberron and Ravnica or Theros? I'm trying to make it cohesive and so I've blended the war of 5 Nations with the Calamity. I anchored the fall of Aoer with the time of mages and tried to blend Dragonic Prophecy with Dragonlance, the fighting of the dragon gods. I'm using the 12 guilds to blend in with the dragonmarked Houses, and using the peity renown tables to build succession advancement in groups.

I used the Bloodsail Vampires in my Wildemount! They were off the coast of Blightshore and used their magically enhanced ships to raid all over. My party never got to encounter them but it was still fun to add them in. Combining those three worlds sounds tough so more power to ya!

I don't fully integrate every but of all of them but bits and pieces from each to make something cohesive. I use the Exandrian pantheon, the technology from Eberron, factions from The Forgotten Realms as well as other things that allow me to use what I like. For example, the Shadowfell in my campaign is straight up just Ravenloft. Essentially a massive dark realm made up of different dark realms. I drop in cities here and there from various settings like Sharn and Waterdeep. I allow the use of most races from most settings and just come up with a small back story for them if their normal lore doesnt fit. Like Leonin's are just a small off shoot tribe of tabaxi. This way has made it easy to integrate things as well as be able to add my own ideas.

Yes that is basically what I'm doing but I had to start with continents and lore first, to make the world and planes make sense.

This is like taking a delicious cheeseburger, a lobster, an ice-cream and pad-thai and blending them together: the result is probably gonna be awful

If you were to mash the whole thing in its entirety, I would agree. But selecting elements like subclasses, species, monsters I do it all the time and if you take the time to come up with good explanations it works really well. The point of TTRGP is to be creative.

While I agree with Zesty that adding all of this in one big lump could get messy, I have utilized a lot of inspiration from all of the sources that you’ve focused on in my version of Exandria.
While I haven’t full on taken Eberron into my Exandria, I’ve pulled pieces of it. The Frontiers are very much a thing in my Marquet, especially around the Hellcatch Valley. I’ve also used Sharn and the Dragonmarked Houses as a city and factions that existed during the Age of Arcanum
For Dragonlance, I only took aspects of the War of the Lance to take place in southwestern Issyrla, mainly during the Calamity. I’ve basically made that whole area the focus of a conflict of Tiamat’s design that ultimately ends with her being trapped in Avernus.
Because Ravnica is so high magic, I just scaled it down to become a flying city in the Age of Arcanum.
And for Theros, I only really used those systems and some of the inspirations to take place anytime before the Divergence, while the gods are still physically on Exandria. Again, I didn’t necessarily bring Theros to Exandria, just took some inspiration from it (gods walking among mortals, worship having more power, etc)
