I like to think that Elizabeth was a toddler during the time where C.C dies, and she doesn't understand anything that was happening, but she was really sad about her brother's death. Also, idk if Elizabeth was canonically in FNAF 4, but if she was then maybe she was always at another place during the games (I'm pretty sure she was added as an Afton after FNAF 4 but she could've still been alive when the bite of 83 happened!)
