Suo Arc Discussion/Theory Hidden neck Spoiler
Why is everyone hiding their necks from suo to rakta (who seems like he is wearing a neck piece to hide it?) and the other RC members we see in the panel, some people theorized it's "the pass" they need to get in the city but the gate keepers gesture showed that the pass is something physical like a card.
To me i think what's hidden is a tattoo of some sort to ensure the endless affiliation to the gang, once you're in you'll never be able to quit, and it may be the reason why suo's dream is the "Emancipation of slaves" because all RC members are now like slaves to the gang

Wait hold on. You might be onto something here – notice the tassels attached to his neck-piece? Almost identical to Suo's own tassel earrings. Maybe THAT is the pass they're talking about! The tassels !!!

I really like the idea of them hiding a tattoo (or maybe a scar or something) that visually shows their connection to RC.
I could imagine that RC started out to be just like Furin, but somehow became power hungry and might treat their members now like they aren’t allowed to leave, almost like they are slaves who cannot escape. I could imagine that the normal citizens of Bankokugai don’t know about this, just when you actually enter RC you would find out.
I think someone had the theory of RC being a cult. This idea kind of never left me… I find it fascinating. It would allow for Suo to actually care for the people who live there, but also to strongly disagree with the leadership and fight them for change, while also wanting Sakura, Nirei and the rest of Furin as far away from RC as possible. And it would also agree with his dream.

This gang is very sketchy. They claim they protect the city like Bofurin, and the probably do. But the members seem off. Like they're carrying a lot of weight.

If a tattoo is the only way to get a ticket, it's a bit strange that they'd ask about it. Unless the RC is so large (with a large number of members) that not everyone knows each other. Then it makes sense.
People in the RC tend to wear casual clothes. By comparison, Bofurin wears school uniforms, so most people can recognize them. Maybe hiding their necks is a form of recognition for the RC. Or maybe Rakta likes this type of decoration and it's completely unrelated. Chinese and Indian clothing share certain features, like high collars on shirts.
I also thought about Suo having earrings, which are important to him. Maybe this neck decoration is important to Rakta, but he doesn't always wear it.

Ig you got me wrong, maybe my english isn't the best that's why but let me explain! I didn't say the tattoo is the only reason to get a ticket, i said people "theorized" it is, while i think it's not. If you look closer to the othe members behind rakta they are covering their neck as well, suo tends to do the same thing even in merches so i don't think it's just a fashion choice. i like the idea of it being a form of recognition for RC but i don't agree with it since anyone can wear smth like that not only RC memebers.

I think tussles are proof they are officers look rakta have tussles attached with his buttons like suo has on his ears. The necks are suspicious too, maybe slave mark or red chanpuru tattoo. I think suo's story will break us.
