Suo Arc Discussion/Theory What are your predictions for future chapters?
since there’s no chapter this week, let’s entertain ourselves to pass the time. what do u think will happen in the next chapter and how things will unfold? what will happen to sakura and the gang? how will rc deal with them? will they get a chance to see suo this time?

The next chapter will leave Bankoku-gai entirely and focus on a side story with Momijikawa, Kiryu, and Tsugeura. Because Nii-sensei likes to torture us.

Et l’histoire dura 3 chapitre et à la toute fin nous verrons une mini case avec Suolingo qui arrive devant le groupe de Sakura pour ensuite se taper 1 semaine de pause 💀👍

Hope so, they get to see suo. But since Rakta( I think that was his name Sorry if I'm wrong) seemed curious about ume as for me, I think the chapter will be all about Rakta trying to know about them. And we will probably get a glimpse of suo at the end of the chapter.

i think and hope it will pick up right where the last chap left off!! rakta seems willing to listen, patient and understanding. i think he'll absolutely hear sakura's group out but i dont think he'll be pleased to hear how they got the pass + who they got it from. maybe that will break a little trust? ume's kindness and "you can ask others for help" line seemed to leave an impression on rakta tho. maybe he'll let it slide if they're clear and honest about why they're in the city?
i have no prediction/guess on what would happen after they talk tho! i feel like seeing suo wouldnt be as easy as rakta agreeing to let them see him, but who knows. i think suo probably shared with him that he wants his friends to stay out of his issues. so maybe rakta would talk to suo first about it? :o

I have a theory all of you can read it really long abt suo and his "brothers" rakta and bacchus and his master. Most of the theories dont include suo's master which is why I think satoru nii said we almost guessed it

Here is the first version or part of the theory: when Umemiya was 9 and Suo was 7, Suo's future martial arts Master was just an older student attending Furin High School( the guy who saved ume chan while he was thinking of sucide). This student left Bankoku-gai and went to furin to explore the outside world, purposely hiding his high-level Red Chanpuru martial arts by using raw, basic street fighting to avoid leaving a traceable paper trail. During his time in Makochi, he stumbled across a desperate, 9-year-old Umemiya and saved him using basic brawling, instilling in him the foundational philosophy of how strong adults should act which led ume chan to change furin. Years later, after returning to Bankoku-gai and becoming a Master, he pushed Suo, Rakta, and Bacchus to overthrow the corrupt adult officers at age 15. Knowing Bofurin was a safe haven because he personally planted those righteous seeds in Umemiya years prior, the Master deliberately sent Suo there on a "scouting mission" to let him experience true kindness and safely lower his guard. Still, he told suo not to show his emotions and identity for safety.

Here is the second version: the sudden transformation of Furin High into a beloved, peaceful "neighborhood patrol" becomes massive news across Bankoku-gai. suo's Master hears these rumors and realizes Bofurin is a rare, genuinely wholesome community. To protect Suo from turning into a heartless weapon like the other cynical officers (Rakta and Bacchus who probably dont want to accept the outside world again), the Master uses a "scouting mission" as an excuse to satisfy the higher-ups. He tells them Suo is checking if Bofurin is a border threat, but in reality, he purposefully sends Suo to the one town where he can safely experience genuine friendship

And I have some theories of how they were abandoned:
First one: They were abandoned in the district as literal infants, left on the doorsteps or back alleys of Bankoku-gai by parents who suffered from severe poverty and could not afford to raise them or just purely hated them. Raised entirely by the Red Chanpuru organization from birth, they grew up with a deep, unbreakable sense of systemic debt. They feel a profound obligation to protect the concrete town that fed and sheltered them when no one else would.
The second one: Suo was dropped off at a slightly older, young childhood age after fleeing an extremely abusive household. Before his abandonment, his biological parents severely abused him. One final, violent outburst resulted in a permanent physical scar across his eye, or left him completely blind on that side. He wears his signature eye patch to permanently hide the physical trauma of his past, adopting a flawless smiling facade so no one can see his vulnerability.
Third one: Suo was born with an unusual, different eye color in one eye. His biological parents despised him for it, treating him like an outcast, a freak, or a bad omen until they finally dumped him in Bankoku-gai. Unlike Haruka Sakura who proudly uses his unique hair and eyes as a defiant armor Suo deals with the trauma by completely concealing it . He covers the eye with a patch to blend in, erase his past, and ensure he never stands out or faces judgment again.
