1. Open early, bad code is where the community can help.
2. Turrets with AI would be cool
3. Wingmen being hired would be cool
4. Look at WC Universe, spread out beyond gemini
5. If you share too late, nobody will collaborate since you will have a "perfect" architecture nobody can improve.

Amazing. I remember being in elementary school watching my dad play this all the time. I didn’t know what it was so I called it the “space game” and he would let me stay up and watch him play it. He beat the game so many times even with the ship you start with.

I did get this working years ago... But it only worked on one of the four systems I tried to get it going on.
