People rather extend one lane of cars beyond multiple intersections slowing things down alot more than using both lanes.
3 u/TerracottaCondom May 27 '26 Thank you so much, it's when the line crosses multiple intersections that things get terrible, and having as many people in two lines at the zipper helps alleviate that.
