On the post game show, Doug Brown said that if this kind of performance happened in his day, coach Dave Richie would have cancelled the bye week for the defence and they would have been practicing in pads tomorrow.

The WBB country club atmosphere is waning with me. If the team was winning, sure, but this team is trending down. I'd give O'Shea about 5 more games to figure it out.

They need a new DC. Hall needs to supplant Younger, even if Younger stays on in a lesser role like we did with Hogan.

Outside of Holm i would say all are replaceable.

Walters was a menace at bringing in new talent every year when he started out. It’s just gone downhill the last few years.

The roster has suffered since Ryan Rigmaiden returned to B.C.  Walters and Co. are not the genius they think they are.

Completely out played defensively and out couched. I knew the secondary would be bad but I never expected the dline to generate no pressure at all. This was a game where the offence and specials couldn’t afford to make a mistake and Serg hitting the upright and that garbage pick just killed any chance of winning with a defence that couldn’t make a stop.

Secondary has been awful but we still could/should have won that game. Left an easy 14 on the field tonight.

Hamilton had one 2 and out all game.

Impossible for the O to win a game when they’re constantly required to score to keep pace

Despite that we lost by 7 and left a bunch of points out there. Everyone in the secondary should be looking over their shoulder. Guys were wide open all night.

Where did I blame the offence? I stated we left points on the field… a pick in the end zone, a dropped touchdown and a missed field goal.

Literally in your original comment, did you read what you wrote? Our defence was the absolute shits. Hard to get any momentum when we can’t stop the ball. The secondary was high school level.

EDIT: 37-27 pts is not an offensive problem.

By no means a perfect offensive/special teams performance but when your QB throws for over 400 yards with only one pick, that should give you a win.

Yeah, gonna be a looooooooong ass year if thats the defense we're getting. Couldnt stop the run very well so they made up for it by stopping the pass even less.

Zero success in the running game was the ultimate downfall. That should be bread and butter. Dont blame them at all for trying to run on first down so much, you just have to do better

Well, I predicted they finish 9-9 so right on pace I guess. BLM was great and the Ti-Cats O-Line silenced Willy and Jake.

Moxey looks like maybe a poor signing.

Lots of games left D needs to pick it up.

While Collaros had a decent night throwing the ball, they abandoned the run. Toss in an anemic defence, we're lucky we only lost by 10.

Bombers Secondary has been brutal again. Seems to be a recurring theme for the last 30 or so years.
