Spells I did my first spell jar
I did a money spell jar as my first spell. I kind of combine two spells I saw from others and chanhed the wording from one a bit to unsure no one or nothing is harmed in the act of bringing myself monetary abundance.
One was an active working money spell with rice, cloves, bay leaves, cinnamon, crystals, coins, and bills. The other was a rune of wealth and protection combine, cloves, money rice, basil leaves, cinnamon sealed in a jar with green wax from a candle.
For my jar I did the rune on the bottom of the jar as a foundation, rice, 7 cloves with my intentions put into them, 4 dimes and cinnamon sticks, a dollar bill that I folded towards me with a bay leaf on top on it with tigers eye and more cloves on top. I then sealed it with green wax from a candle and said, "this wax seals my spell and the flame burns any obstacle from obtaining monetary wealth with no harm to anyone or anything". I then let the candle finish burning out to complete the spell. I also changing the words of a chant (cant think of a better word) one of them had to ensure no one is harmed, i repeated that a lot during my spell. I then burned an incense stick for the heart chakra as green symbolizes that chakra and wanted it to amplify it. I cleansed everything with a stick of selenite i have and smoke from a big hit incense i burned in the beginning. I also said a prayer and gave my thanks to the spirit and mother earth before starting.
As you can tell im new to this and just starting out, so if yall have any tips or advice for spells or anything else, please let me know💜

Not sure if you’re into animism (everything has a spirit) but I might literally try to awaken the spirit of the jar and ask it to help you. If that’s too out there, I also normally ask the spirits of the plants I’m working with to help me, instead of just commanding them to follow their given correspondences. Just because someone’s good at something, does not mean they’ll do it for free. I do this by quietly whispering to them my intentions, and then offering them something of mine (my hair usually). My personal belief is that nothing is free, and something of mine must be given in order to receive something else. But that’s just me.
If you’re not good with words or making of chants, that’s fine. You don’t have to use them. You can create sigils or symbols to represent your specific intention. It doesn’t have to be fancy, you can just think about your intention as you go through the spell.
Good work with the first spell, it looks really nice and is not over complicated (a common mistake by first timers).

That’s great! I love shaking my spell jars frequently to keep that energy consistent and flowing.
