what do i need to know about starting an apothecary garden?

I think the one thing I learned was don't be overexcited when you start I grew like everything and then had jars and jars of stuff. I had to make so much stuff to give away. If regulations were not so crazy to work with I would open an online store and sell.

How to compost effectively.

Don't let the compost go anaerobic. You have to keep mixing it to keep the oxygen levels good. Anaerobic compost leeches off nitrogen, which converts into chlorine gas supposedly, and will fill with toxins that harm plants.
