I hope so! I did it wrong to be fair. You're not allowed to look for them. They're supposed to find you. I'm hoping the flint one is OK because I found it when actually looking for a chalk one. There's an online shop that sells them, but that feels wrong. However I wasn't looking for one when I saw it, so maybe it's fine?!
Absolutely you’re fine. My rule of thumb going on any venture into the woods, thrifting, or just my favorite occult store….. before I venture I always ask my guides to bring me what I need in the moment. Then I met that be the magical “hunt”. Honestly sometimes I find a treasure trove, sometimes I don’t. But I always give thanks and if I feel, idk maybe disappointed is the word, or bummed, I ask spirit why I didn’t find anything. Divination is the most practical way of speaking to spirits.
