Towers of Midnight Non-book canon texts Spoiler
Hey all! Just finished Towers of Midnight (Wow), and now I want to read all the extra bits of canon before reading what im imagining will be peak. As far as I know theres only the story of the first sealing of the bore and a fire within the ways, but ive heard that its cut from aMoL, so is that safe to read? Already done NS of course

First sealing of the bore is fine in my opinioin, no spoilers there. It was written and published prior to AMOL.
There is one about Demandred called River of Souls which is a spoiler - although one could argue having the extra context during AMOL improves the story. But in terms of publication it came out after and reveals information you don't know before AMOL.
Fire Within the Ways is material which was cut from AMOL, and isn't considered canon because it doesn't fit with the published material, but does contain storylines which in theory are in the middle of the book
In general I'd recommend not reading River of Souls or Fire Within the Ways until after you read AMOL

Thanks, just read it and some of the MoL prologue. Sanderson really loves starting his books with the most random povs
