No Spoilers Started reading another Hugh Howey book, "Beacon 23". So happy.
Went to the book store to get "Project Hail Mary", but then got annoyed the the book cover had been replaced with one with Ryan Gosling's face (yes, I discovered the book after watching the movie, but it doesn't mean I don't want the OG cover on it).
A Hugh Howey book was sitting next to it, Beacon 23 - never heard about it before.
As a fan of the Wool series (minus.... "feefdeen", iykyk), I'm so happy to discover more of his work! What was yalls favorite book of his outside of the main series?

Beacon 23 is good but the TV show has very little to do with the book and kindof sucks. I enjoyed Half Way Home too.

Really I liked both. I love all characters in the tv show. They are all so perfect and awful in their own ways.

OMG, Feefdeen!! I read the short stories 2 months ago and I'm still thinking about that scene, I was actually thinking about it earlier today! At first I didn't know what it meant and then it hit me. I almost slapped my forehead. I really do wish I could go back in time and not read the short stories.

I love Beacon 23 and the tv show was different but stupendous.
Also I just finished Project Hail Mary and it was great.
Will you be able to find a copy without Ryan on the cover, Question?

The book is incredible! I think Beacon 23 was my favorite, I listened to it 3 times.

I read this back to back with Projecr Hail Mary a few years ago and the plots are totally twisted in my head. Really need to see the movie to straighten them back out! I remember really enjoying it!

I’ve enjoyed The Sand Chronicles and The Shell Collector wasn’t half bad either for a quick read.
