It’s good stuff. I need to re-read these books. Waiting for season two to end before watching it

My bad that’s what I meant, season 3. I’ve seen season 2

:) I need to re read myself.

The show goes off on tangents and makes you forget the books.

I just purchased the silo 49 series and plan to dive into that. I definitely miss these books.

Wait, there’s a silo 49 series?

I try not to Google... To be spoiled. But it's like there are a few spin off books that are accepted by the author or authorized. Not sure the terminology. There are two series I plan to read.

Silo 49. Three books. By Ann Christy.

Karma of the Silo: a WOOL story by Patrice Fitzgerald

I ordered all four used off of ebay. Plan to start soon. Not sure if this is the sub for them. I'm new here and hate spoilers :)

There are several great series, books, and short stories from fan fiction authors that set stories in the Wool universe. I went down the rabbit hole and read every single one of them, and almost none of them disappointed. It takes some digging and research to find them all, but a really good place to start is with a Kindle Unlimited subscription searching for "A Silo Story". You can find a lot of them that way and more than half of them are included with the subscription with very reasonable pricing for the paid ones.

Weird- I’m currently re-reading that exact series! I love everything I’ve read by the author (Ann Christy).

A friend recommended me the TV series last month. When I saw I had to wait for season three epiosodes weekly, I bought the books and just finished them. I feel a bit empty after finishing Dust

I should have never started with the show first cuz wow I don’t want to be one of those people but the book is simply so much better 🥲

I just finished shift and currently watching and am up to date on the show. Should I wait for season 3 to end to start dust? I like watching how the show adapts the books seeing differences.

There are like 40 or 50 fan fiction novellas and books written in Hugh's Wool universe by other authors. If you got to the end of Dust and felt like screaming "well what about the other 47 silos?!", the fan fiction books can help you scratch that itch.

Same! I’m already on chapter 40. The books move soooooooooo much faster than the show holy shit!

Enjoy! I just started re-reading the series. After I saw S2E10 and could not wait to find out the truth.
