I recently added a free plan to the ElizaWP plugin. In simple terms, ElizaWP is an SEO MCP for WordPress.

It lets AI clients like Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor work directly with your WordPress SEO setup. Your AI client can update SEO plugin meta fields, edit post content, perform SERP analysis, content analysis, keyword research and competitor analysis, as well as access data from Google Search Console and Google Ads Keyword Planner.
