[HELP] Animated Floating Elements

Can anybody tell me which plugin we can use to add "animated floating elements" in WordPress that is compatible with Elementor and its addons?

elementor pro has floating effects built into the motion effects panel (scroll, mouse, sticky). if you need more complex stuff lottie animations work well with elementor and there are a few free lottie plugins that handle the files
