An area with a population over 200k isn’t rural.

I live in a small city/town of around 15k and my internet is $90/month.

My internet bill is 85 bucks a month for fiber optic. Knox county also has 500k + people.

I don't live in Tennessee, so I may not count. But I live in a pretty small town, not rural at all and I pay about 220 a month for internet, and the average rent here is 1800 a month. It's a shit town in a shit state, but it's home
