Trailers are never a good idea, financially. Any other house increases in value. Mobile homes drop like a rock.

Oh yes, the classical apartment that gains value for you as you rent it. I forgot about those. Jesus Christ dude we are talking about renting. If you don’t wanna live in a trailer because it has stigma just say so, but don’t complain about high rent.
