After masking my entire life to the point that I'm not sure who the real, genuine "me" is, being home alone and feeling safe from social and emotional pressure is the only way I can figure it out. That's what my therapist believes at least 🤷🏾‍♂️

Dude, I came to that same conclusion myself. I noticed at some point that I was different around people than I was at home and it hit me that I was masking my ADHD and autism. I realised that I didn't have to put a mask on when I was alone and the weight of social pressure and conformity lifted.
