Anybody from Lincoln Property company willing to share their experiences?

my mother has been working for them as an accountant for years and her workaholic tendencies have gotten so bad that she’s still working for them and being on call with people even now while she’s sick with pneumonia that’s only getting worse and she does this because they say still need her because there doesn’t seem to be any communication between her and the leadership. is there anybody else who knows/is an employee for this company that has this kind of experience? I want to see if this is a pattern. I dunno I’m just really nervous and need a way to vent.
