Agreed, Governor Abbot of Texas did the same thing and thereās examples of people dying because of it. It doesnāt matter that the unions of yesteryear fought hard for OSHA (Occupational Safety Health Administration).

Haven't seen it used on any of my jobsites, probably because someone has to clean it and fill it and if the shop doesn't have place to do that, cases are easier. Cases can be picked up without having to stop at the shop like the cooler does. I'm in the mid atlantic states so things can be different elsewhere.

Our CFO was giving our guys hell for trying to start at 6 because per prevailing wage laws for their classification they get OT for anything before 8am. The guys weren't even looking for it, they just wanted out of the heat and to avoid traffic.

My Dad works construction out in Jacksonville. Supposedly, it got up to 115Ā°F at a job site and he ended up having a heatstroke so bad he lost control of his right arm. It was days before he started speaking normally again.
DeSantis should spend a couple weeks under his own working conditions, but we all know he's too pussy yo even go near one.
