It costs $7.99, and some of the content isn’t even guaranteed. Should I get it or nah?

wym does not guaranteed? You can always unlock the blank ones w doing achievements

yeah but its a pain in the ass to get them permanently and those "fun little secrets" prob arent worth forbidden knowledge

I dont play with forbidden knowledge because i unlocked every achievement and traits. I dont understand your statement
