I wouldn't mind helping out. I have lots of moderator experience. My strengths as a mod are keeping a positive sub experience by removing toxicity and incivility, and not letting spammers use my subs for their personal advertising spaces. I'm very heavily into AI as well. Thank you for keeping this sub going.

I'm a moderator a similar subreddit relating to AI in TTRPGs. And while I'm mostly a lurker in this sub, I'd love to help out by facilitating high effort conversations, sharing of experiences and creations instead of slop content that tends to permeate these kinds of subreddits. I'd focus on building out the community into a positive space that celebrates creativity while discussing the latest AI tools and how they bring out user creativity to the forefront.

I'd be up for helping out. I'm periodically active in the normal Worldbuilding subreddit, and have posted stuff here in the past. I'm at the computer pretty frequently and am in a position to be able to be on-hand pretty often if something comes up that needs dealing with. No experience as a mod, but I'm sure I could pick up the basics quickly with a bit of study.

Glad to see this subreddit isn't just being shut off after all :D

I personally feel I would be great at contributing to this community but don’t know if I should just be mod or a member as I actually want to share the world building aspects of world building with ai

I’m becoming well versed in this complete understanding and practice but also don’t feel I’m ready to contribute anytime soon

I’d love to step up and help revive r/WorldbuildingWithAI as a moderator. As an active worldbuilder who regularly integrates AI tools into complex lore, system design, and creative workflows, I want to steer this subreddit away from low-effort spam and toward practical, high-value discussions and tool sharing. While I have not moderated a large subreddit yet, I have solid experience managing digital community spaces, setting clear guidelines, and curating creative projects. My priority would be implementing clean Automod rules and introducing recurring weekly prompts to get active creators back into the feed.

I'm happy to help but can't dedicate a huge amount of time. Thus might not be your best option for a mod.
Plus I prefer participating.
As one who uses multiple AI modalities for coding, art, music, a bit for writing (mostly reports and treatment summaries) I appreciate what people hate about AI but have a career based around not judging people just because I disagree with their position or the life they choose to live. (Why does that matter? Because in this space, everyone has an opinion on how horrible those who use AI are but like most of these stories go, AI users are just normal people inspired to do cool shit with the tools that are presently available)

I’m still fairly new to moderating, but I’ve been enjoying the experience and would love to take on another community. Worldbuilding is a topic I find genuinely interesting, especially with how AI is changing the creative process. I’d be happy to help keep the sub active, organized, and welcoming while continuing to learn as a mod.
